My book arrived with Photos sideways
Table of Contents
If your project arrived with photos rotated, please contact customer support and we can fix your project and get a reprint end out to you
Sometimes, a photo may print sideways even though it appears correctly oriented in the online preview. This can happen based on how the photo was originally taken and how it was uploaded.
Check the Photo Tray
Before placing your order, take a quick look at the photo in the photo tray. If the photo appears sideways or rotated in the tray, there is a high chance it may print sideways.
To help prevent this:
- Look for the small square at the very top of the photo frame.
- Click and hold the square, then rotate the photo frame until the photo is positioned correctly.
- Once the photo is properly oriented, continue with your project.
We're Working on It!
We understand this can be confusing, especially when your photo looks correct in the online preview. Our web team is currently investigating why this happens. At this time, it appears to affect only a small number of photos.
We appreciate your patience while we work to better understand and resolve this issue!
