Restoring an Old Project

If your project was created several years ago and is no longer available for editing, but is still visible in your Library, it may be eligible for restoration.

How to Restore a Project

1. Go to your Library.
2. Click on the project you would like to restore.
3. From the menu, select “Restore Old Project.”

Please allow 24–72 hours for the restoration process to be completed.

Important Notes

• Once the restoration is complete, you will need to open the project and carefully review each page.
• Please check for any layout issues and ensure that all photos and important elements are properly placed within the dotted lines (crop zone).
• The Restore process may take up to 72 hours
• Restoring older projects may not be perfect, and some adjustments may be required. Please feel free to reach out to customer support with any issues.
