How to Delete Your Picaboo Account

If you would like to permanently delete your Picaboo account, you can request an account deletion through our Support team.

Requesting Account Deletion

To begin the process, please send an email request to support@picaboo.com from the email address associated with your Picaboo account. Our team will review your request and assist with completing the deletion.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Once your request is processed:

• Your Picaboo account will be permanently deleted
• All projects, photo books, and uploaded images associated with the account will be permanently removed
• Your personal information will be erased from our system
• Your email address will be unsubscribed from all Picaboo marketing communications

Please note that this action cannot be undone. Once the account is deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

Creating a New Account

If you choose to return to Picaboo in the future, you may create a new account using the same email address, but none of your previous projects or images will be available.
