You can use the zoom tool and to enlarge and focus on a specific area of your photo. Click on the photo and then under the "Edit Photo" option you can select "Crop/Position Photo" and adjust the zoom in the window that pops up. Using the crossed arrows, you can can then drag the photo to the area you want as the focus.

If you zoom in so far that the image won't print well, you'll see the low resolution warning appear over your photo.
