How to Add Two Columns of Text to a Page
Learn how to design a two-column page layout for organized text presentation and improved readability in your documents.
Table of Contents
You can create a two-column layout in your project by using two separate text boxes and placing them side by side. Picaboo allows you to add, move, and resize text boxes to customize your page layout
Here are the steps:
- Open your project in the editor.
- Go to the page where you want to create two columns.
- Click Add Text.
- Click on the left side of the page to add your first text box.
- Add another text box on the right side of the page.
- Resize and position both text boxes so they are side by side and have similar widths.
- Type your text directly into each box, or copy and paste your text from another document.
- Use the text editing options to adjust the font, size, alignment, spacing, and background as needed.

Add a line between the columns
You can also add a line between the two text boxes to help separate the columns and give the page a cleaner look. The line can be edited as well, so you can adjust it to match your layout.
