To view/edit your account info, go to the Picaboo.com home page.

In the upper right hand corner, pull down on the drop down menu “My Account.”

You will have several choices:

• My Projects
  • Here you can view any of the projects you have started or created.
• Shopping Cart
  • This will bring you right to your picaboo.com shopping cart.
• My Vouchers
  • If you have purchased vouchers in the past these details will be shown here. please note vouchers are no longer available.
• Order History
  • Here you will see all of your active orders and history of previous orders. You will also be able to view the order details here and the tracking numbers
• Account Settings
  • Here you will be able to change your account information including your First Name, Last Name and Email address. You can also change your password, and edit your shipping and billing information
• Help
  • This will bring you to our help page, which provides articles and FAQs for you.
• Sign Out
  • This will sign you out of your account.

Helpful Hint: In the "Account Settings" you are able to change your email address associated with your account

To change your email address:

• Go to the Picaboo.com home page
• In the upper right hand corner, pull down on the drop down menu “My Account”
• Select “Account Settings”
• Click “Account” in the left column under “My Account”
• Change your email address and then scroll down and click “Save.”
