How do I add a caption to my page?

1. In Edit mode, click on the "+Text" button in the top-left corner of the program window.
2. Click on either "Add Caption to Left Page" or "Add Caption to Right Page"
3. You can then use the top handle to drag and drop the caption anywhere on the page.
