To reset your password:

  • Go to the Picaboo.com home page
  • In the upper right hand corner, pull down on the drop down menu “My Account”
  • Click on “Account Settings”
  • This will bring you to the “My Account” landing page, where you can click on “Password”
  • You will be asked for your current password
  • Then you will be asked to type in your new password twice: first, to enter your new password and second, to verify it
  • Click “Save"
