How do I paste in text from a Word document or other source?

You can paste text into a caption box as follows:

1. Copy the text from the original Word document, web page, or other source. Ctrl+C (or Command+C on a Mac) will copy the text once it has been selected.
2. Click anywhere in the caption box to select it.
3. Press Ctrl+V on your keyboard (or Command+V on a Mac) to paste in your text.

If you're pasting in text with foreign characters, it's best to use Arial font.
