My voucher says free shipping. Why am I still being charged for shipping?

If your voucher states that it covers shipping, please note that the shipping charge will appear on the order form as a separate amount. Although you'll see a charge for shipping, the discount taken off of your order takes this shipping amount into consideration. The value of the voucher will cover the product cost advertised for the voucher as well as the shipping amount.
