Why is the order page blank?

The problem you're having with the order page is likely related to a compatibility issue specific to Internet Explorer. In most cases, you should be able to click a small "broken page" button next to the web address bar, which will reload the order page in a special "Compatibility View" mode. This Compatibility View mode should display the order page correctly. The red circle in the screenshot below is what the Compatibility View button looks like in most Internet Explorer browser windows:
